Wesley Fondal, Jr. is the Principal Founder and Senior Consultant of E2 Educational Consulting, LLC. E2 Educational Consulting, LLC is a full service educational consulting company that services individual families, agencies, school districts, and schools.  E2 Educational Consulting, LLC specializes in providing Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) curriculum consultation and school improvement to school districts as well as to agencies that are looking to improve their STEM and overall educational outcomes. As part of E2 Educational Consulting, LLC, Wesley is an Independent Education Consultant (IEC), helping families navigate the college admission process. He uses his knowledge of the many Colleges and schools that he has visited as well his knowledge of the students he is working with to develop a “good fit college list”.  He also works with families in finding appropriate Boarding Schools for students.  

Wesley also serves as Executive Director of the Department of  Defense STARBASE ROBINS Program.  DoD STARBASE is a premiere science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) educational program. He has over 25 years helping expose youth to the technological environments and positive role models and helping in making sure that students get exemplary instruction that meets or exceeds the National Standards.  He has also helped in nurturing a winning network of collaborators and building mutual loyalty.  In his eighteen years as Executive Director of the DoD STARBASE ROBINS Program, he has increased funding to the program as well as increased the number of students from area school districts attending the program. 

He has extensive knowledge of programming and curriculum development that increases the knowledge and interest of K -12 students interested in STEM careers and fields of study.  He has experience in coordinating and organizing STEM related competitions and has presented at several education conferences and seminars.  He has been Principal Investigator (PI) and /or co-PI on several major grants.

Wesley is a member of several science and education organizations and also servers on the board of the Triangle Coalition for Science and Technology Education, an advocacy organization whose Mission is to bring together the voices of government, business, and education to improve the quality and outcome of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) education. Mr. Fondal is a graduate of Dillard University where he received his B.S. in Biology.  He received his Master’s Degree in Cell Biology from the University of Incarnate Word in San Antonio, TX and attended the University of Missouri for graduate studies and research in the field of Molecular Microbiology and Immunology.  Wesley Fondal also served in the U.S. Army Reserves and has a teaching history in public education.
